These terms govern your use of FrigoTranslate, a translation application operated by Frigoexpresso.
Service
FrigoTranslate provides voice, text, camera and document translation features. Translations are generated automatically and may contain errors. You should review translations before relying on them for legal, medical, safety-critical or high-value business decisions.
Subscriptions and Extra Minutes
FrigoTranslate Pro is planned as a monthly subscription that includes 100 translation minutes per month. Extra minutes may be purchased when available through supported in-app purchases. Prices and availability may vary by country and store.
Store Billing
If you subscribe through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewal and cancellation are managed by the store account used for purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings.
Acceptable Use
You may not use FrigoTranslate to violate laws, infringe rights, process content you are not allowed to use, abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service.
Availability
The service depends on internet access and third-party AI and hosting services. We aim to keep the app reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frigoexpresso is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business or decisions made solely based on automated translations.
