FrigoTranslate is a translation application operated by Frigoexpresso. This policy explains how the app handles information when you use voice, text, camera and document translation features.
Information We Process
To provide translations, the app may process the text you type, voice audio you choose to translate, images you upload from the camera or photo library, and documents you upload for translation.
How We Use Information
We use this information to provide translation, display translation history on your device, manage usage limits and improve reliability and security of the service.
Microphone, Camera and Files
Microphone access is used only when you activate voice translation. Camera and file access are used only when you choose an image or document for translation.
Third-Party Services
FrigoTranslate uses AI translation and hosting services to process requests and deliver the app. Translation content may be sent to these services only to provide the requested translation.
Payments
When FrigoTranslate is distributed through Apple App Store or Google Play, purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive your full card details from those stores.
Data Retention
Translation content is processed to provide the service. Local history may remain on your device until you clear it. Server-side usage and transaction records may be retained as needed for billing, security, support and legal obligations.
Your Choices
You can deny microphone, camera or file permissions, clear local history, cancel subscriptions through your store account settings and contact us for privacy requests.
